PDF Annotator is an original program for working with PDF documents. With its help, you can make edits to documents in this format, add signatures, visually highlight some fragments, and add pictures. Interestingly, you can use not only a keyboard and mouse but also a graphic tablet to add notes to documents. If you need more space for comments, you can add blank pages to the PDF and fill them out. The left notes can be saved as a separate file. No additional software is required to view it. If it becomes necessary to remove all marks in the document, this can be done with one click.

PDF Annotator lets the user open any PDF file and add annotations, using the mouse or a Tablet PC pen, directly on the PDF file's pages.
